Legan Advisors was founded by Ruben A. Godinez, a seasoned investor with over 20 years of experience in the U.S. stock markets. With a background in business and accounting, and multiple issued U.S. patents, Ruben brings a sharp, analytical approach to trading. He is also the creator of the proprietary “Analysis and Metrics of a Big Trade System,” a framework developed to identify high-potential stock opportunities through disciplined market analysis.
In late 2019, Ruben began developing the Analysis and Metrics of a Big Trade system. Confident in its potential, he transitioned from accounting to full-time trading. After eight months of testing and refinement, he officially implemented the system in mid-2020. By late 2021, using this method, Ruben grew his personal trading account from $1,800 to over $600,000 in just 11 months—an achievement that included three separate single-day trades, each yielding over $100,000 in profit. All transactions are verifiable.
Originally focused on U.S. Nano-Cap OTC stocks, Ruben later expanded his system to include the broader U.S. Index Markets. Early in his journey, however, he identified a serious gap in quality education and support for newer or struggling OTC traders. Confident in the effectiveness of his system and while growing his own account, Ruben launched a mentorship initiative under the provisional name Root Trading Group. During a strong bull market phase, several hand-picked participants saw returns exceeding $100,000 in just a few months.
However, as U.S. OTC market conditions shifted in late 2021, Ruben made the strategic decision to pause the program’s release. He used this quieter period to continue testing of his system and explore alternative markets. This exploration led him to options trading, where he achieved a standout milestone—earning over $100,000 in a single day—demonstrating the system’s adaptability across trading environments.. However, due to the often unpredictable nature of options, Ruben chose to monitor—rather than fully commit to—an options-specific plan.
Refocusing on the U.S. index markets, Ruben once again saw promising results using his system. However, the heightened volatility introduced new challenges. Determined to ensure its reliability, he dedicated two more years to refining the system—enhancing its analytical depth and expanding its metrics. As a result, the system evolved into a powerful tool capable of consistently identifying both high-potential opportunities and higher-risk securities, empowering traders to make more informed and responsible decisions.
After six years of real-time testing and development across different market types—including bullish and bearish environments—the system has demonstrated consistent performance and adaptability to this day.
